Who we are
This website is operated by Samantha Levinson, a reformer Pilates instructor based in Bologna, Italy (“we”, “us”, the data controller). For any privacy question, contact us through the contact form on this site.
What we collect and why
- Contact form — your name, email, phone (optional) and message, so we can respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying.
- Booking a private session — your name, email, phone and appointment details, so we can schedule, confirm, remind, reschedule or cancel your session. Bookings are handled through our scheduling provider Cal.com, and confirmed appointments sync to the instructor’s Microsoft Outlook calendar. Legal basis: performance of our service to you.
- Technical data — basic server logs and functional cookies needed for the site to work. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions, including: Cal.com (appointment scheduling and booking confirmation emails) and Microsoft (Outlook calendar synchronisation), together with the providers that run this site and our email (website hosting and email delivery).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, reach us through the contact form on this site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
